Our typical engagement process assures that we can successfully represent the needs of our prospective clients (within their budget) and that there is a cultural fit before we formally propose our services.

       Our consulting work links financial, legal, public policy and communications strategy to assist our clients achieve their respective goals. We focus, inter alia, on tactics, design and setup to vigorously pursue desired results. Multi-disciplinary strategies are developed once our clients have considered all options allowing them to make informed decisions. Our approach is a holistic one that allows our clients to determine whether to play, where to play and how to win. Once a determination on strategy and feasibility has been reached, our focus turns to successful execution. Implementation is guided by accountability and metrics for success. We recognize that intuition and personality are insufficient for complex tasks, and therefore also approach execution logically to improve the odds for success. Strategy and implementation are refined as necessary.
